Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Boy / Admin assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

- Office Opening & Closing
- Oversee general office operations and maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Estamp duties
- Maintain Cleanliness in the office
- Assist in Pantry & management
- Assist in Kitchen Management & arranging Coffee, Tea
- Marinating bills, reports, records
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Flexible in timings

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Boy / Assistant or in a similar role.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.




- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Looking for an immediate joiner.

Education and Experience:

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
