Job Description – MIS Executive (Post Sales) – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive – Post Sales with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales MIS, customer and project data, reporting, documentation tracking, and coordination with CRM, Accounts, Sales, and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for post-sales operations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, agreements, registrations, payments, demands, collections, and possession.
- Track the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession and post-possession.
- Prepare outstanding, ageing, collection, and overdue reports.
- Maintain and update customer, booking, inventory, and documentation trackers.
- Track Agreement for Sale/ATS, Sale Deed, registration, stamp duty, and other legal documentation.
- Verify booking forms, KYC documents, agreements, receipts, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Legal, CRM, Sales, and Accounts teams for agreement execution, registration, documentation, and customer requirements.
- Maintain MIS for agreement status, registration status, documentation pending, legal queries, and customer commitments.
- Monitor and maintain records related to RERA requirements and project/customer documentation.
- Reconcile data between CRM, Accounts, Sales, Legal,



and MIS records and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare project-wise, customer-wise, and management-level dashboards and reports.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer, financial, and legal information.
- Manager – Post Sales & Legal Coordination
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle all post-booking customer queries and formalities
- Coordinate Agreement for Sale, registration and stamp duty documentationHandle customer queries related to legal and sale documentation
- Coordinate with the legal team/advocates for agreement-related issues
- Coordinate Bank NOC / lender NOC requirements and documentation
- Coordinate with banks/financial institutions for loan-related and mortgage documentation
- Follow up on registration appointments and documentation
- Coordinate with accounts for payment schedules, receipts and outstanding dues
- Manage customer documentation from booking until agreement/registration
- Coordinate between Sales, Legal, Accounts, CRM and customers
- Maintain post-sales records and ensure timely closure of pending formalities
- Handle escalations relating to documentation, NOCs and registration

Legal Knowledge Required





- Good working knowledge of RERA and basic real estate regulations.
- Understanding of Agreement for Sale/ATS and Sale Deed processes.
- Knowledge of stamp duty and property registration procedures.
- Familiarity with KYC and property transaction documentation.
- Ability to identify missing or inconsistent information in customer/property documents.
- Understanding of coordination with the Legal team for agreements, registration, documentation, and customer queries.
- Knowledge of possession-related documentation and post-sales legal formalities will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Solid knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF/IFS, dashboards, and data validation.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and data-management skills.
- Good understanding of real estate CRM and post-sales processes.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and large volumes of data.

Preferred Candidate

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS/CRM/Post Sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Experience handling project-wise MIS, customer data, post-sales documentation, and legal coordination.
- Strong practical knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA processes, registration, and post-sales operations.
- Should be proficient in Advanced Excel and capable of preparing management-level MIS and dashboards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,845.78 per month
