Pharma Sales Executive – Job Responsibilities

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to distributors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Explain product features, benefits, composition, dosage, and key USPs accurately.
- Generate prescriptions and product demand through effective product promotion.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the assigned sales territory and daily field activities effectively.
- Ensure product availability at pharmacies, stockists, and distributor points.
- Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, stock availability, supply, and payments.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities,



and market trends.
- Collect and communicate market feedback to the management/product team.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collections, where applicable.
- Maintain knowledge of the company's product portfolio and therapeutic segments.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing Team to achieve business objectives.
- Follow all applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations, ethical promotion standards, and company policies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
