About the Role

We are looking for a E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow Oasis Baklawa's online business across e-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, website and other online sales channels.

The candidate will be responsible for product listing, online orders, inventory coordination, promotions, customer queries, marketplace operations, sales reporting and improving online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of online sales channels and marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, catalogues, pricing, offers and product availability.
- Ensure all product information, images, descriptions, prices and stock are accurate.
- Monitor marketplace dashboards and resolve listing/account-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.

2. Online Order Management

- Monitor online orders on a daily basis.
- Ensure orders are processed, packed and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, outlet and dispatch teams for order fulfilment.
- Monitor cancellations, returns, refunds and customer complaints.
- Follow up on delayed or failed deliveries.

3. Inventory & Product Availability





- Monitor online stock and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.
- Ensure products are not unnecessarily showing as Out of Stock online.
- Coordinate product availability across different online platforms.
- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products.

4. Product Listing & Content

- Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, weights, variants and specifications.
- Maintain attractive and accurate product content.
- Optimize product listings using relevant keywords and marketplace SEO practices.
- Coordinate with the design/marketing team for product images, banners and promotional creatives.

5. Promotions & Online Sales

- Manage online offers, discounts, coupons and festive promotions.
- Coordinate campaigns for Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Eid, Christmas, Recent Year, corporate gifting and other occasions.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and offers.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and product visibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
