WE’RE HIRING – *TELECALLING MANAGER*

Company: MXON Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Telecalling Manager

Company Location: Hosur

Experience: *Minimum 1 Year ,

*Key Responsibilities*

✅ Make outbound calls to customers and follow up regularly

✅ Handle customer queries and provide necessary information

✅ Follow up on pending payments/orders as required

✅ Maintain customer call records and update data

✅ Coordinate with the sales and collection teams

✅ Achieve daily/monthly calling and follow-up targets

*Skills Required*

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Customer handling and negotiation skills

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Positive follow-up skills

✅ Previous telecalling experience preferred
