Qualification:** HSC / Graduate

Experience: 6+ months in Sales / Voice Process

Communication:** Valuable English communication skills

* Comfortable working in rotational US shifts

* Strong customer-handling and convincing skills

* Target-oriented with a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls professionally

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

* Generate sales and achieve assigned targets

* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

* Maintain a positive customer experience
