Job Description – Assistant Manager Planning

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Industry: Apparel Export House

We are looking for a Assistant manager - Planning with 7-10 years of experience in an apparel export house. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of production planning, Time & Action (T&A;) management, capacity planning, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and monitoring production plans as per customer delivery schedules.
- Track and update Time & Action (T&A;) plans and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Sourcing teams for order execution.
- Monitor production capacity and support efficient resource allocation.
- Track order progress and highlight potential delays to the concerned teams.




- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports and planning-related data.
- Support budgeting and production cost monitoring activities.
- Analyze planning data and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and implementing improvements for better productivity.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in an apparel export house only
- Positive understanding of Production Planning, Capacity Planning, Budgeting, and T&A; Management.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning/reporting tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary- 30000 to 40000

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
