Job Summary

Messaging & Collaboration Engineer – Kiteworks

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration Administer and support Kiteworks File Sharing & Collaboration platform. Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and access policies. Configure secure file sharing, folders, workspaces, and external collaboration settings. Support managed file transfer (MFT) and secure email workflows. Incident & Problem Management Troubleshoot user access, file transfer, authentication, and collaboration issues. Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and escalations. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring platform issues. Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for complex problems. Security & Compliance Monitor secure data exchange activities. Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies. Review audit logs and access reports. Support data protection and Zero Trust security initiatives. Integration Support Support integrations with:



Microsoft 365 Outlook SharePoint OneDrive Active Directory / Entra ID SFTP and Managed File Transfer solutions. Monitoring & Reporting Monitor platform availability and file transfer performance. Generate operational and compliance reports. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
