Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant healthcare services appropriately.

- Explain service benefits, packages, and consultation options clearly and confidently.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain a professional, warm, and customer-friendly approach at all times.
- Coordinate with the relevant hospital/pharmacy teams for lead conversion and customer support.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Maintain basic records and reports of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and represent the healthcare brand professionally.

- Strong customer interaction and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, approachable, and confident personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on lead generation and conversions.
- Ability to proactively engage customers and initiate conversations.
- Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and confidently.
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, tele-sales, healthcare, pharmacy, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.




- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
