Role: Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

Salary: ₹25,000–₹32,000/month along with lucrative incentives (Based on Experience and Interview)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Lead Management & CRM Discipline: Manage, follow up, update, and track leads through the CRM for timely conversions.
- New Customer Onboarding: Handle customer onboarding and ensure a smooth journey from lead conversion to order fulfilment.
- Retention, Returns & Upselling: Drive repeat purchases, manage return-related concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Cross-Selling & Customer Feedback: Identify cross-selling opportunities and gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Key Requirements
- Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, CRM and lead management.
- Target oriented with a strong focus on conversions and revenue.
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, agriculture, dairy or allied sectors will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
