Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and meet daily production targets. The role involves managing a team of operators and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of the production line.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Ensure products meet quality and hygiene standards according to company policies and FSSAI guidelines (Gmp,Ghp,Haccp, ISO22000).
- Maintain records of production data, downtime, and waste.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth workflow.
- Train and guide operators and line workers on sop’s process improvements and safety practices.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and 5S standards.




- Report daily production performance and issues to management.
- Monitor raw Material consumption & Minimize Process losses
- Ensure FIFOFEFO Practices are Followed.

- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (if applicable).

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma in Bakery / B.Sc in Food Technology, Hotel management fresher, Production, or related field.
- 0–6 years of experience in production supervision within the FMCG industry (Food, Beverages, or Consumer Goods preferably bakery/cake production).
- Technical Knowledge :-Baking Processes, Industrial ovens ,mixers,depositor systems, packaging machines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
