- Operations: Oversees daily business plans, opening/closing protocols, and long-term goals.
- Staffing: Handles hiring, training, performance reviews, and staff work timetables.
- Finances: Manages budgets, tracks inventory costs, handles payroll, and monitors revenue.
- Compliance: Enforces health, food safety, and workplace safety laws.

Shift Manager

- Shift Execution: Supervises active shifts and delegates duties to floor staff.
- Customer Support: Resolves sudden guest complaints or service issues on the floor.
- Cash Control: Manages register floats, cash counts, and end-of-shift drawer drops.
- Team Guidance: Runs quick pre-shift briefings and coaches team members in real time

Barista

- Drink Preparation: Handcrafts espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to standard.
- Equipment Care: Operates and cleans espresso machines, grinders,



and blenders.
- Order Processing: Takes guest orders accurately and runs point-of-sale registers.
- Product Knowledge: Explains menu ingredients, origins, and dietary options to customers.

Team Member

- Guest Greeting: Welcomes visitors and maintains a friendly environment.
- Area Cleanliness: Clears tables, wipes counters, and restocks condiment stations.
- Stock Support: Helps receive shipments, rotate stock, and refill front displays.
- General Assistance: Supports baristas and shift managers with rapid service tasks

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
