What You Will Learn & Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Complete on-the-job technical training to safely set up, operate, and handle manufacturing machinery.
- Monitor daily manufacturing processes and maintain proper process parameters under senior guidance.
- Inspect raw materials and finished metal products to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Learn basic troubleshooting, routine machine care, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Maintain daily shift-wise production records, output logs, and machine performance updates.
- Work collaboratively with the quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Strictly follow plant safety standards, industrial hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education:



Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with a strong desire to learn technical machine operations are welcome).
- Skills & Attributes:
- Positive attitude with a keen interest in learning practical machine operation and manufacturing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) or readiness to maintain daily physical logbooks and production sheets.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
- Good technical mindset, discipline, and strong teamwork capabilities.
