Netsterz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, lead generation, conversions, and performance optimization.Work Mode :

What We Are Looking For :

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns from scratch using Meta Ads Manager.
- Run campaigns focused on Lead Generation, Conversions, Traffic, and Engagement.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Understands how the Meta Pixel works and can confirm conversion tracking is working on landing pages.




- Valuable knowledge of audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Track leads and conversions and maintain regular campaign performance reports.
