Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager to support business development and sales activities for Fire Protection and MEP solutions. The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 years of experience and possess strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in:

* Fire Fighting Systems AMC

* Fire Fighting Equipment Supply

* Fire Extinguisher Refilling

* Small Retrofit & Modification Projects

Qualification

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety, or related Engineering.

* MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Retro Sales Executive** to generate business opportunities for Fire Protection Systems through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), fire fighting equipment supply, fire extinguisher refilling services, and small retrofit or modification projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing business from existing and current customers while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate business for Fire Fighting System Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

* Promote and sell Fire Fighting Equipment, Fire Extinguishers, Safety Accessories, and related products.

* Develop business for Fire Extinguisher Refilling services across commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

* Identify opportunities for small retrofit, replacement, repair, and modification projects in existing fire protection systems.

* Conduct customer visits and site surveys to understand client requirements.

* Prepare quotations, proposals,



and cost estimates based on customer requirements.

* Coordinate with the Service, Estimation, and Project teams for smooth execution of orders.

* Follow up with customers to close sales opportunities and ensure timely order confirmation.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, industries, consultants, facility managers, corporate offices, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and housing societies.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-up reports in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and collections.

* Stay updated with fire safety regulations, products, and market trends.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems and Fire Protection Equipment.

* Experience in AMC sales and service-related business development.

* Knowledge of Fire Extinguisher Refilling and Fire Safety products.

* Ability to identify retrofit and maintenance opportunities.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

* Ability to prepare quotations and commercial proposals.

* Basic understanding of fire safety standards and statutory requirements.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

* Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
