About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Inspector to ensure that footwear products meet company quality standards and customer expectations. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections at various stages of production, identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, components, and finished footwear products.
- Perform in-line and final inspections during the production process.
- Inspect footwear for defects related to:
- Stitching and workmanship
- Bonding and sole attachment
- Finishing and appearance
- Color consistency
- Sizing and measurements
- Labeling and packaging
- Verify footwear measurements, fit, appearance, construction, and overall workmanship.
- Ensure products comply with company quality standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
- Identify, document, and report quality defects to the concerned teams.
- Coordinate with the Production Team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, checklists, and daily inspection logs.
- Monitor compliance with established quality control procedures and SOPs.
- Inspect packaging and labeling to ensure they meet company and customer requirements before dispatch.




- Support quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and production guidelines.

Requirements

- Diploma, ITI, or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in the footwear, leather goods, apparel, or related manufacturing industry.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a strong understanding of quality inspection may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of footwear quality standards, inspection procedures, and defect identification.
- Ability to identify defects accurately and maintain proper quality documentation.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and quality teams.
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures, SOPs, and inspection documentation.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
