PRODUCTION IN-CHARGE

We are looking for a creative, responsible and experienced Production In-Charge to manage end-to-end video production activities at our studio.

Location: SIMC studio, Symbiosis International University, Lavale, Pune
Position: Production In-Charge
Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Film, Television, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media or a related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage video productions from pre-production to final delivery

· Script writing and content development for promotional videos, MOOCs, podcasts, documentaries and institutional videos

· Coordinate multi-camera, chroma, MOOC and sound studio productions

· Manage conference, event and Indoor and outdoor video production

· Coordinate with SIU stockholders, faculty, students, production teams and external vendors

· Support practical production activities for Filmmaking, Television, Documentary and Journalism students

· Coordinate pre-production, production and post-production, revisions and final delivery

We are looking for:

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in film, television, video or media production

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong script writing, storytelling and production management skills

· Good understanding of studio and video production indoor and outdoor workflows

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines

· Own vehicle and valid driving licence

· Willingness to work flexible/odd hours, weekends and during events, as required

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT /Junir Operator

We are looking for an energetic, organized and responsible Production Assistant to support the day-to-day video production activities of our studio.

Position: Production Assistant
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in pre-production, production and post-production activities

· Support shoots for promotional videos, MOOCs, podcasts, documentaries and institutional videos

· Assist in multi-camera, chroma, and sound studio productions

· Coordinate equipment, locations, schedules, crew and production requirements

· Assist in conference, event and outdoor video production

· Support faculty and students during practical productions in Filmmaking, Television, Documentary and Journalism

· Assist the Production In-Charge, camera, sound, editing and technical teams

· Maintain production checklists, records, footage and other production-related documentation

· Assist with basic script preparation, shot lists, call sheets and production coordination

We are looking for:

· 1–3 years of experience in film, television, video or media production preferred

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic understanding of video production and studio workflows

· Interest in filmmaking, television, documentary and digital media

· Valuable organizational and coordination skills

· Willingness to learn and work as part of a production team

· Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple assignments

· Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred

· Willingness to work flexible/odd hours, weekends and during events, as required

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
