We are looking for a Collection Executive for our Anand location. The candidate will be responsible for field collection of EMI dues, customer follow-ups, recovery of overdue accounts, and maintaining healthy customer relationships. Field visits and achievement of collection targets are an essential part of the role. This is aligned with KAFL's vehicle-finance collection operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers in the assigned area for EMI collection and recovery.
- Follow up with customers regarding current and overdue payments.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection/recovery targets.
- Maintain regular customer contact and resolve payment-related queries.
- Identify and report cases requiring further recovery action.
- Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily/regular reports.
- Coordinate with the Branch/Collection Manager and internal teams.
- Follow company policies, collection procedures, and fair-practice guidelines.
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Collection, Recovery, Finance, NBFC, or Banking preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of the Anand local area will be an advantage.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in vehicle finance / 3-wheeler finance collection will be preferred.
