About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating internally to support business growth and smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing and potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable electrical products.
- Generate and follow up on sales enquiries and leads.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Regularly follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Maintain customer and enquiry details in Excel/Google Sheets or company systems.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for order-related activities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Identify opportunities to generate current business from existing and potential customers.




- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Provide regular updates on customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable making customer calls and following up regularly.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate product information clearly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in electrical products, industrial products, B2B sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
