Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up milling machines for component manufacturing.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Perform milling, drilling, slotting, facing, and other machining operations.
- Set and adjust cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and workholding.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Identify machining defects and make necessary corrections.
- Follow production schedules and complete jobs within the required time.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Milling Machine Operator.
- Experience in SPM / Industrial Automation / Manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in shifts/overtime if required.
