Job Summary

Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Retail XStore POS applications.Develop and enhance XStore extensions, customizations, business logic, and integrations.Work on POS transaction flows, promotions, pricing, inventory, loyalty, and store operations.Integrate XStore with Oracle Retail applications and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and provide root cause analysis.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and deployment activities.Support application upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.Collaborate with functional teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Retail XStore POS applications.Develop and enhance XStore extensions, customizations, business logic, and integrations.Work on POS transaction flows, promotions, pricing, inventory, loyalty, and store operations.Integrate XStore with Oracle Retail applications and external systems using APIs, web services,

and middleware.Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and provide root cause analysis.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and deployment activities.Support application upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.Collaborate with functional teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Skill Requirements

Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Retail XStore POS.Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and XStore customization/development.Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.Knowledge of XStore architecture, POS transaction lifecycle, and store operations.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.Understanding of retail business processes including sales, returns, inventory, promotions, and customer loyalty.Exposure to Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.
