We are looking for an HR MIS & HR Software professional with strong experience in HR data management, MIS reporting, and HRMS handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Manage employee data, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR records.
- Handle HRMS/HR software for employee lifecycle and HR operations.
- Generate reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, joining & exit.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely data updates.
- Support payroll, PF, ESIC and other HR-related MIS requirements.
- Prepare Excel-based dashboards and reports for management.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for data collection and validation.

Required Skills:





- Strong MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, MIS dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR software.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee data management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail industry.
