- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Check equipment regularly to stop sudden breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Follow local health, fire, and safety rules
- Perform general repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting as needed.
- Inspect and maintain guest rooms, common areas, event spaces
- Conduct preventative maintenance on systems and equipment to reduce downtime.
- Ensure proper functioning of doors, locks, lighting, and other security features.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in an organized manner.
- Monitor and report supply needs for repairs and maintenance.
- Assist in seasonal maintenance tasks

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
