### Job Responsibilities

* Perform testing of highly scalable ETL & Reporting solutions based on business needs

* Create Test Plans and test cases from product requirements, run the tests, find defects and track them efficiently

* Coordinate releases with Development Team and implement SDLC workflows and better quality assurance

* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business needs from both technical and business perspectives

* Take technical ownership of products and provide support with quick turnaround

* Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

### Technical Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent degree

* 5+ years of experience as Quality Assurance – Manual, ETL, Reports, Web Apps, Client/Server

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL queries, as the current projects involve significant database validation and data comparison

* Hands-on experience in ETL testing,



including source-to-target validation, data mapping, reconciliation, transformation validation, and backend validation

* Basic to good experience in SSRS report testing, including report validation and data verification against SQL queries

* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, defect tracking, and work item updates

* Ability to design, develop, test and debug test cases/Scripts/plans/strategy documents

* Experience with Agile application testing and understanding of Agile methodologies

* Valuable understanding of Project Life Cycle and STLC

* Knowledge of healthcare domain – Payer is preferred

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly interpret and communicate testing results and data to different stakeholders

* Experience working effectively with onshore teams, managing priorities, and delivering assigned work items on time and with high quality

* Demonstrated ability to take ownership, proactively identify issues, follow through on action items, and work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: From ₹1,700,000.00 per year
