Meartek Technologies is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Source and interview candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Handle onboarding, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Manage employee performance and workplace concerns.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Support employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain a positive and skilled work culture.

Requirements

- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Strong recruitment and communication skills.
- Experience in employee management and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently in a growing company.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
