Build and manage relationships with hospitals and doctors, understand hiring requirements, identify suitable candidates, and coordinate recruitment from application to placement.
Responsibilities: Hospital onboarding, vacancy coordination, doctor engagement, interview coordination, follow-ups, and placement closure.
Requirements: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. People with valuable knowledge of medical specialties and allied healthcare professionals, including nurses, who are looking for an alternative career pathway are encouraged to apply. Healthcare recruitment/sales experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
