RETAIL TRAINER

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction, onboarding, and regular training for retail staff.
- Train employees on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and billing procedures.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company SOPs and outlet standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and provide practical on-the-job coaching.
- Identify training and performance gaps and provide corrective guidance.
- Monitor employee performance in coordination with Operations and HR.
- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic training reports.
- Support continuous employee development and improve retail staff performance.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training, sales, or store operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
- Ability to train, motivate, and coach employees.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala for outlet visits.
- Graduation preferred.
