Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions.

● Research potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.

● Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

● Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.

● Coordinate with the technical team for product discussions, demos, and solution

presentations.

● Attend client meetings and customer visits as required.

● Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.

● Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales cycle from lead generation

to closure.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

● Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline status.

● Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

● 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / ERP Sales.





● Prior experience selling ERP or software solutions will be an advantage.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Robust negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.

● Confident in handling client discussions and meetings.

● Willingness to travel for client meetings whenever required.

● Good understanding of the B2B sales process and lead conversion.

● Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
