Role Overview

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with hands-on experience in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, Fine-Tuning, and AI Deployment. The role involves developing, optimizing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions across cloud and edge environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize LLM/Generative AI solutions using open-source models such as Llama, Qwen, Gemma, Mistral, DeepSeek, and Phi.
- Build RAG, GraphRAG, AI Agents, Memory, and Knowledge Graph solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Perform LLM Fine-Tuning, Knowledge Distillation, and Synthetic Data Generation using LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and SFT.
- Develop multilingual AI and semantic search solutions for educational content.
- Optimize AI inference using llama.cpp, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, GGUF, AWQ, and GPTQ.
- Build AI evaluation pipelines for accuracy, reasoning, latency, hallucination, and model performance.
- Deploy production-ready AI services using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Linux, and cloud platforms.




- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to take AI solutions from development to production.

- Inference & Deployment: GGUF, AWQ, GPTQ, llama.cpp, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes
- Data & Knowledge: FAISS, ChromaDB, Qdrant, Milvus, Pinecone, Neo4j, Knowledge Graphs, Memory Systems, Embeddings & Semantic Search
- Cloud & Tools: AWS/Azure/GCP, Git, Linux

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, Generative AI, or production AI applications.
- Robust experience in LLM application development, model optimization, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Good to Have: Experience with Edge AI, NVIDIA Jetson, multilingual NLP, or Educational AI.
