Position: Accountant
Location: Convent Road, Ernakulam, Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Residence and Rest Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist with monthly and periodic financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with management regarding routine accounting requirements.




- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements as applicable.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting activities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Compensation

₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
