About the Role

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to communicate with customers, handle calls, and generate leads through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Explain products/services and answer customer queries.

* Follow up with leads and maintain call records.

* Identify customer requirements and generate interest.

* Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

* Freshers are welcome.

* Good verbal communication skills.

* Confident and polite personality.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
