We’re Hiring | Customer Care & E-commerce Coordinator

Sanganer, Jaipur

We’re looking for a smart, organised and proactive person to join our team at October Jaipur.

What the role involves:

- Handling customer care calls and assisting customers with their queries
- Communicating confidently and professionally with customers
- Overseeing online orders from confirmation to packing and dispatch
- Coordinating with the team to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time
- Keeping track of orders, exchanges and other customer-related requirements
- Basic understanding of fashion, garments and products — or a genuine interest in learning
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Being comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a growing fashion brand

What we’re looking for:

Someone with good spoken and written English, solid communication skills, attention to detail and a responsible, hands-on attitude.

Previous experience in fashion, retail or e-commerce would be an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are more important to us.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Sanganer, Jaipur.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
