- Lead and oversee all nursing services to ensure high-quality and safe patient care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
- Supervise nursing managers, supervisors, and nursing staff across all departments.
- Plan staffing requirements, duty schedules, and efficient allocation of nursing resources.
- Monitor nursing performance, patient satisfaction, safety standards, and quality improvement activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments for smooth healthcare operations.
- Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and professional development programs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of nursing records, reports, equipment, and medical supplies.
