Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics + exposure to automation and product testing is the sweet spot.

Detailed Job Profile:

- Utilities Maintenance - All Electrical connections, HVAC, Water System, Air Compressor, Water System Piping, R&D; Maintenance etc.
- Maintenance of various analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV etc. and co-ordinate with various equipment manufacturers/vendors for AMC activity.
- Maintenance and Engineering related SOP preparation.
- Maintenance and Engineering related IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and activities required for R&D.;
- Handling operation and maintenance of HVAC, AHU, DX unit, refrigeration, air conditioning system and air compressor.
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance activities to be conducted on time and as per schedule.
- Responsible for all maintenance activities of machinery and utilities and their corrective and preventive maintenance, planning for spares procurement etc.
- To prepare and review preventive maintenance schedule for all laboratory and utility equipment.
- Oiling and cleaning of machinery and parts.




- Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
- Responding immediately to equipment and machinery breakdowns
- Organizing routine servicing schedules.
- Responsible for routine maintenance, filter cleaning & filter replacement of HVAC/AHU, RLAF, Table Top VLAF, Biosafety cabinet and pass boxes.
- Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, pumps, pipelines, and water utilities.
- Troubleshoot faults, ensure uninterrupted supply of power and water, and respond quickly to equipment failures.
- Maintain records, follow safety standards, and coordinate with contractors when major repairs or installations are required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
