Implementation Temenos Transact core banking platform to support the Bank’s strategic transformation objectives and operational requirements. The initiative will deliver an integrated, scalable, and future-ready solution that enhances operational efficiency, strengthens financial and regulatory capabilities, improves data management and reporting, and provides a solid foundation for sustainable business growth and ongoing modernization.

Responsibilities

The AA Business Consultant (Loans) is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and validation of Temenos Transact lending solutions using Arrangement Architecture (AA), ensuring that loan products, business processes, and lifecycle management capabilities are implemented in alignment with business, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Lead the analysis, design, and configuration of Temenos Transact Arrangement Architecture (AA) capabilities for lending products.

Conduct business and functional workshops to capture loan product, servicing, and operational requirements.

Design and configure loan products, including repayment schedules, interest calculations, fees, charges, limits, and lifecycle events within Temenos AA.

Define and document functional requirements, business rules, product specifications, and solution design artefacts.

Ensure alignment between business requirements and Temenos standard functionality, promoting best practice adoption and minimizing customization.

Support end-to-end loan lifecycle design, including origination, disbursement, repayment, restructuring, refinancing, settlement, and closure processes.

Collaborate with technical, integration, data migration, accounting,



and testing teams to ensure a cohesive solution design.

Support data migration activities related to lending products, loan balances, repayment schedules, and customer arrangements.

Participate in SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business validation activities.

Advise stakeholders on lending product design, process optimization, and Temenos capabilities.

Support business readiness, training, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Skills

Must have

Proven experience of 10 years in implementing Temenos Transact Lending solutions.

Solid expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) and lending product configuration.

Deep understanding of retail and commercial lending products, including:

Personal Loans

Mortgages

Commercial Loans

Overdrafts

Revolving Credit Facilities

Syndicated or Corporate Lending (where applicable)

Strong knowledge of:

AA Product Builder

Lending Lifecycle Management

Interest and Repayment Structures

Fees, Charges, and Pricing

Delinquency and Collections concepts

Restructuring and Refinancing processes

Experience defining product conditions, accounting impacts, limits, and event-driven processing

Strong understanding of lending operations, credit processes, and servicing activities

Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and functional testing

Ability to facilitate business workshops and translate requirements into Temenos configurations

Experience supporting SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
