1. Job Purpose

To operate, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth production, quality output and minimum machine downtime.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines and related production equipment.
- Perform machine start-up, shutdown and basic parameter checking as per approved process requirements.
- Monitor machine performance, production output and product quality.
- Identify and report machine abnormalities, breakdowns and process deviations.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments as per authorized procedures.
- Support the Maintenance Team during machine breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper mould installation, removal and handling as instructed.
- Check mould, machine and auxiliary equipment condition before starting production.
- Maintain required production, machine and inspection records.
- Follow approved work instructions,



SOPs and process parameters.
- Ensure proper segregation and handling of rejected products and production waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
- Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements and EHS procedures.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment abnormalities and safety incidents to the supervisor.

4. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machine operation.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines will be an advantage.
- Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.

4. Qualification & Experience

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Plastics or related trade.

Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/injection moulding workplace.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
