Job Description:

We are hiring a Cafe Manager to lead the complete operations of our cafe in Gurugram. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily functioning, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and overall cafe sales and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day cafe operations.
- Lead and supervise FOH & BOH teams.
- Maintain high service standards, hygiene, grooming, and guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Prepare staff schedules, conduct daily briefings, and ensure discipline.
- Drive sales, upselling, and promotional activities.
- Monitor stock levels, food cost, wastage, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, maintenance, and vendors for smooth functioning.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and adherence to SOPs.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.




- Good understanding of cafe operations and customer service.
- Well-groomed, confident, and capable of managing a busy cafe.
- Solid team management and problem-solving skills.
