Shift & Schedule: Day shift, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9 hours) | 6 days a week

About the role

DMPhysios, a physiotherapy clinic in Sector 31, Noida, is looking for a warm and organized Patient Counsellor to manage front-desk operations and be the first point of contact for our patients.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and guide patients at the front desk
- Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, and walk-ins
- Counsel patients on treatment plans and packages
- Coordinate with the physiotherapy team for smooth patient flow
- Handle billing and basic administrative tasks




- Maintain patient records and front-desk documentation

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in a clinic or hospital front-desk role preferred; freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply
- Friendly, patient-first attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling software)
