Job Responsibilities

Production Management

- Supervise and monitor daily production activities to achieve planned production targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records. Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Batching Operations
- Verify availability of raw materials before batching.
- Supervise weighing, dispensing, and batching activities as per approved formulations.
- Ensure proper documentation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Monitor batch yields and minimize process losses.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene,



and quality standards during batching operations.
- Manpower Management
- Allocate manpower effectively across production lines and shifts.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of operators and workers.
- Conduct on-the-job training for production staff.
- Ensure proper shift handovers and communication among team members.
- Maintain a positive and productive work setting.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily production reports and shift reports.
- Track production efficiency, downtime, rejection, and wastage.
- Prepare MIS reports related to production performance.
- Ensure accurate production and manpower records.
