- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all verified information
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
- Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and insurance representatives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office,
internet usage, etc.)
- Comfortable working in night shift
