Looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver software projects successfully. The role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet quality and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage software projects from initiation through delivery and postproduction support.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
Coordinate developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource utilization.
Identify potential delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Manage scope changes and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and leadership.
Ensure software releases meet agreed requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.




Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. OR MBA in IT/Project Management
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
