Position Summary
We are looking for responsible, caring, and proactive Dorm Parents / Hostel Wardens (Male/Female) to join our residential care team. This role involves the overall management and well-being of students residing in the hostel and requires round-the-clock presence, care, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of all students under your care.
- Supervise students’ daily routines: wake-up, hygiene, meals, study time, recreation, and bedtime.
- Maintain discipline and a warm, supportive environment within the dormitory.
- Act as a mentor and parental figure, offering guidance and support to students.
- Manage students’ laundry schedule and ensure proper washing, drying, and return of clothes.
- Maintain proper records and organization of students’ personal belongings and ensure items are safely stored and not misplaced.
- Conduct regular checks of dorm cleanliness, student hygiene,



and dormitory facilities.
- Liaise with medical staff, counselors, academic coordinators, and administration regarding student welfare and needs.
- Maintain accurate records related to attendance, health issues, disciplinary actions, and incidents.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- Organize or supervise weekend activities, outings, and co-curricular engagements.
- Be prepared to handle emergencies and provide immediate care and support when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- Previous experience in a similar residential school setting is preferred.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and approachable personality.
- Physically and emotionally fit to live and work in a residential campus.
