Role Overview:
We are looking for a Reservation Operations Executive to manage travel bookings, amendments, cancellations, and customer queries while ensuring a smooth reservation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle flight, hotel, and travel reservations
✅ Process booking modifications, cancellations & refunds
✅ Coordinate with airlines, hotels & travel partners
✅ Ensure timely booking confirmations and accurate records
✅ Resolve customer queries efficiently
Pay: ₹10,852.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
