Job Vacancy – Telecaller (Target Based)

Position: Telecaller
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Bengali/Hindi/English.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Confident and polite communication style.
- Ability to work according to assigned targets.
- Fresher candidates are welcome.

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed salary: ₹20K per month (Freshers) and ₹25K per month (Experienced)
- Performance-based incentives available.
- Additional incentives for achieving/exceeding targets.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
