About the Role

Robotics and AI is looking for a hands-on Robotics, Embedded Systems & IoT Engineer to help develop our first generation of robotics, industrial automation and smart connected products.

We are looking for someone who can work across embedded firmware, electronics, sensors, motor control, IoT communication and robotics and convert ideas into working prototypes.

This is a practical product-development role. The candidate should be comfortable working with hardware, firmware, motors, sensors, PCBs and real-world testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop embedded firmware using ESP32, STM32 and similar microcontrollers
- Develop applications in Embedded C/C++
- Integrate sensors using I2C, SPI, UART and ADC
- Design and debug electronic circuits and prototype hardware
- Work with servo motors, BLDC motors, stepper motors and motor drivers
- Implement encoder feedback and basic closed-loop/PID control
- Support development of multi-axis robotic systems and robotic arms
- Work with wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE and LoRa
- Implement communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, CAN, RS485 and Modbus
- Design or support PCB schematic and layout development
- Perform soldering, wiring, testing and troubleshooting
- Develop battery-powered and low-power IoT devices
- Conduct prototype testing and field validation
- Prepare BOMs, wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Coordinate with mechanical/CAD designers for product and robotic system development

- Wi-Fi / BLE

- PCB design and prototyping
- Soldering and hardware debugging




- Multimeter and oscilloscope usage

- Harmonic drives, gearboxes and mechanical systems
- Cloud or mobile-app integration

Qualification

Preferred:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Instrumentation, Embedded Systems or a related field

Candidates with strong practical experience may also be considered.
