About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Intern to work on LLM-based AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems and automation workflows for business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimize LLM-based AI agents for emails, documents and routine tasks.

- Develop AI chatbots that respond according to company policies, rules and internal knowledge.

- Build RAG pipelines using company documents and knowledge bases.

- Integrate AI models with tools such as Gmail, Slack and Notion using APIs/webhooks.

- Develop AI automation workflows to reduce repetitive manual tasks.

- Test, debug and improve chatbot responses and AI workflows.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Python and Generative AI/LLMs.

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or CrewAI.

- Understanding of RAG, prompt engineering and function calling.

- Knowledge of OpenAI/Gemini/Anthropic APIs.

- Familiarity with vector databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone or FAISS.

- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and automation tools like n8n, Make or Zapier.
