- Admission & Discharge Management: Supervise bed allotment, registration, and documentation. Coordinate with clinical and billing teams to prevent delays during discharge.
- Departmental Coordination: Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, nursing, pharmacy, housekeeping, and billing to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Billing & Insurance Support: Collaborate with insurance and finance teams on estimate approvals, package monitoring, and reducing revenue leakage.
- Quality & Patient Experience: Conduct floor rounds to monitor patient satisfaction, resolve complaints, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards like NABH
- Staff Supervision: Manage ward coordinators, IP executives, and floor staff, including shift rostering and training
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
