Duration : 1-Month Paid Internship → Full-Time Role after 30 Days, based on performance
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers can apply, but prior calling experience is mandatory.
English: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions.
- Make recruitment calls and explain job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment reports.
- Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Personal laptop and Android smartphone.
- Stable Wi-Fi connection and reliable power backup.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior calling experience (any field).
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence in making recruitment calls.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
