Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Presales Executive with 2+ years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding their requirements, explaining project details, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, online portals, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and property needs.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information.




- Maintain daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Update customer and lead information in CRM/software.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead qualification and site visits.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Presales / Telecalling / Real Estate Sales.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
