We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales operations. The role involves achieving business targets, managing the sales team, developing customer relationships, and driving overall sales growth while maintaining premium customer experience standards.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales Team to maximize performance.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor achievement regularly.
- Monitor showroom walk-ins, leads, test drives, bookings, retail sales, and conversions.
- Drive lead generation through digital platforms, referrals, corporate sales, and other channels.
- Handle key customers and support the team in high-value negotiations and closures.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Monitor CRM/DMS usage and ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and team briefings.




- Coach and develop Sales Consultants and Team Leaders to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, Service, and Delivery teams.
- Analyse sales reports, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to generate business.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and brand sales processes and standards.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates for management.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of the sales team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
